Think green lasers were originally made for quick reference precision star pointers, seeing as how pointing at a single star in the night sky with your finger can be quite aimless. I personally would fuck with my neighbors but don't shine it in their eyes cause you could burn their retina.

The video tags indicate this particular laser is 125mW, in which case shining it into a spherical glass ball is an idiotic thing to do. A regular >5mW laser pointer isn't going to kill your eyes, unless perhaps you stare into it deliberately for a long time, but if this thing is what it claims to be, then it'll poke a nice neat hole in your retina. I'm particularly disturbed by how this is an apparent marketing video. "dragonlasersfanman" and two links to the site? Boycott.
