  • The question is... what does having gone to Harvard have to do with whether a survey done there is correct or not?

  • I am very happy to see the vidoe I Went to Harvard University after you give this

  • I Love The Video I Went to Harvard University It Can Increase My Knowledge

  • Good, I like that you share this video I debated the Afghanistan escalation and health care with conservative David Frum, I wish success always

  • Nice Video I debated the Afghanistan escalation and health care with conservative David Frum on CNN's American Morning That You Share , So Very Nice Thanks You

  • I Really Like The Video I debated the Afghanistan escalation and health care with conservative David Frum on CNN's American Morning From Your

  • harvard is a country club for aristocrats. Its not about what you know, its who you know. Harvard can "lick my tip." I wouldn't choose to go there if they begged me. (Unless it was all free lulz)

  • if he went to harvards, y is he so dumb?

  • Frum, what a turd-faced whore.

  • thanks for sharing!

  • I didn't go to harvard and i can out-debate these two lightweights

  • Yeah, misleading title. It implies someone just invoked that for no reason to try and claim authority. As others have noted here it was a RESPONSE to the other guy trying to claim his numbers were accurate because they came from Harvard...all the next guy was saying was "yeah, well I came from Harvard too and I say they're wrong."

  • frum is scum and a bush flunkie

  • As far as I can see he just mispoke; in response to 'it came from Harvard, so it must be true' being evoked he intended to say something like either "I went to Harvard, trust me [their research isn't impeccable]" or "I went to Harvard, trust me [they have a left wing bias]". Now neither of these might be true, but it's not difficult to see where he was going with the otherwise random remark. He just forgot the second clause; a lot of people garble their speech when on television.

  • Fuck David frum

  • What is left for the Syrian regime, the offender and the Iranian regime after the terrorist that committed the massacres against the Syrian people, and now discovered the mass graves of the demonstrators innocent to remain silent about these crimes will come grief to international regulations because it is set on violence and frustration in the hearts of the peoples of the international silence and double standards, and this is more dangerous than Global warming

  • went to Harvard and all I got was this lousy T Shirt!

  • "Defending the Nation" what BS, David Frum and he KNOWS IT . Just read what Brzezinski said the Grand Chessboard , "Control of Eurasia (Afghanistan ) will lead to subordination of Africa " Search Brzezinski Quotes on Net, he talks about the Resources there that should be "controlled by West and no others" and he's adviser to Obama .

Afghanistan Invasion was planned for YEARS BEFORE 9/11, that's a FACT , for A.

BASES to project power . B. Surround IRAN & Russia C. Control the VAST Minerals .

  • @fasfsdfasd Actually David Frum was not being the douche bag here. He only responded in kind because liberal guy made an appeal to authority, using "Harvard."

Frum didn't open that can of worms.

  • @LexPhilogus He said "those numbers are from Harvard", which was indeed an appeal to a respected, credible authority. But replying "I went to Harvard" is an irrelevant, pompous dismissal regardless of whether the those numbers were wrong or right.

  • It baffles me why anyone would take this egotistical moron who is on the payroll of the Zionist lobby and who has been caught out & proven as a deliberate LIAR to the American people. His LIE that "Iraq has nukes" led to the murder of over 1,000,000 people and countless billions of US taxpayer money.

AND PEOPLE TAKE THIS GUYS WORD SERIOUSLY. Even HERE he has been caught lying. He is about as trust-worthy as all Zionist scum-bags whose sole purpose is to draw America into more wars for ISRAEL.

  • @karlkarlkarl1234 so true!! I mean its there, i dunno how people can't see it!

  • trust me i went to america...

  • click to 4:32 to hear a real D-bag

  • LOL believe me!

  • I guess spending billions on our troops to live means nothing, or billions on the manufacturing of weapons that gives many people jobs....hmmm

  • I guess we can dismiss his competence as well, because apparently Harvard University is just bullshit?

  • @piskekvist Harvard University is bullshit, but it isn't the best college to go to. Just because you graduate from Harvard doesn't in anyway mean you are intelligent. The rich get in fairly easily. They can also pay for their grades, and Ivy leagues and other rich colleges generally give students passing grades to make themselves look good. I bet that guy would bite his tongue now knowing of the 1.2 trillion dollar stimulus bill.

  • @Glassjaw003 Someone is a little jealous aren't they.

  • @YourNameHere1212 Not at all.

  • @Glassjaw003 And I meant that it isn't bullshit.

  • @Glassjaw003 It is the best college you can get into, unless your looking to do math or science, that school is just down the road from harvard, called MIT. U can't just be rich and "get in". IF your dad is willing to put in 100 million dollars, then you can get in just based on money!! Their are enough incredibly smart people that Ivy league schools don't have to worry about anything your talking about. No, you can't pay for your grades! Look at George W Bush!!! he had like a 2.2 GPA

  • I GUESS THEY DON'T KNOW THAT HARVARD HAS TEACHERS WITH A 2 YEARS DEGREE GIVING CLASS'S AND NOT BEING PAID PROPERLY. YOU WANT YOUR EDUCATION FROM THIS PEOPLE ? I PASS.

COLLEGES ARE ONLY TRYING TO MAKE MORE AND MORE MONEY, EVEN IF THAT COSTS US REAL EDUCATION.

  • "I went to Harvard, that means I can dismiss facts that come out of Harvard as irrelevant." Yeah, that makes sense.

  • what an idiot ! Going to Harvard doesn't make you a genious imbecil arrogant !!

  • david ...45,000 people a year die because they do not have health insurance each year? and you say that is a fact? did they die because they did not have health insurance? is this a direct correlation or just stats? stats can be played with. i don"t eat carrots because everyone who ate carrots in 1865 is dead now.a you call john stossel a liar you are just a shill thrown out there to help perpetueate the left right bs

  • frum is NOT a conservative...pleasseeeee.... visit idiots4obama com for more

  • The average American one like that, than a tropical coloured bird. There is everything. But David Frum half, and because of the continuous Jewish brainwashing by now; what distinguishes the man, the tropical one from coloured birds was lost.

Folk who is willing suicide one onto an action, it will not be broken. The time comes, when your compensator the weapons, and then...

  • your

  • @16242T Frum sure is a passionate American for a Canadian, born and brought up on the mean streets of Toronto!

  • Yea, because we want our national leaders to come from the mean streets of Detroit.

Why would that matter anyways, ideologies don't stop at national borders.

  • @breakinthebend Don't knock Detroit. I find it ironic that you would think that way. A "conservative" in Canada would be considered left of center in the USA. The ideologies are different.

  • Don't knock Detroit? I live pretty close to Detroit and it's the worst fucking major city in the United States.

He's a Canadian in American politics. Ideologies don't change when crossing national borders, I'm pretty sure a Communist in Russia and a Communist in the United States think in relatively the same way albeit the systems they work within are different. The term you use to describe the ideologies change, not the ideologies themselves.

  • Sirota is awesome...

Frum says...you asses how much national security costs...then you pay that bill.

Oh really? is that why we are financing these wars on money borrowed from China?

  • *assess*

    whoops...

  • The most important role of the Federal Government is to protect the nation's national security. The wars aren't being financed by the borrowed money, the domestic social policies are. He already explained that but apparently you're too thick to understand that simple idea.

  • how thick i am? you think that its different money? You think that money borrowed from China ONLY goes to "domestic social policies"?

We had a budget surplus when Clinton left office...

The reason we are borrowing money from China among other places, is because we dont have enough to fund the wars and fund domestic needs.

And your logic is flawed. National security doesnt require that we indebt ourselves to foreign countries...

  • honestly i cant believe you think that money for domestic spending and national security doesnt all come from the same troth...

and then have the nerve to call me thick...

we spend money on adventures oversees to the detriment of our citizens at home...

Everyone realizes this. Ron Paul makes this point all the time. And hes not even in favor of the domestic policies...

  • The Constitution explicitly states that it is the responsibility of the Federal Government to provide national security, it does not do the same for welfare programs. It doesn't come from the same troth.

  • where in the constitution does it "explicitly state" that?

The constitution calls for a navy, an army, militias...all of which uphold the laws, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions.

constitutionally, only congress can declare war.

you are equating national security with a war of choice. none of which is in the constitution.

you support spending on an unconstitutional and endless war on borrowed money and you have the nerve to lecture people on the constitution? gimme a break.

  • If you forgot, the two wars were a response to 9/11, Afghanistan directly, and Iraq indirectly. Whether you believe it was a "war for oil" or not is irrelevant. The Constitution doesn't distinguish between a "just" war and an "unjust" war.

Tax cuts increase federal revenue. I didn't support Bush's spending on domestic social projects. But to say social entitlements and national security are from the same troth is completely false.

The military was gutted? Yes, the military was gutted.

  • i never said it "war for oil". you are arguing against imaginary positions.

tax cuts increase the federal revenue? funny cuz the tax cuts to the richest 1%... $1 trillion. bushs deficit was $1.3 trillion when he left office. learn how to add.

the military was gutted? how? you can keep typing that but your word doesnt mean dick. point to some facts or shut up.

how is it false to say that money not spent on national security could be spent domestically and vice versa ya fuckin moron

  • I never said you did.

Jesus, the deficit grew because the spending increased, not because of tax cuts.

I've already explained why social entitlements are not the same as national security many times, you're obviously too fucking stupid to understand why.

Top 1% (400,000+) pay 40% of all federal income taxes.

    Top 50% (32,000+) pay 97.11%

    Bottom 50% (32,000-) pay 2.89 %

Do some actual research because the top 1% actually paid more in income taxes under Bush than under Clinton.

  • Tax rates were cut for the wealthy under bush, at the same time they paid a higher share of the total taxes. this is because the incomes of the top 10% increased so greatly and the incomes of the poor remained so stagnant that it overcame the fact that their rates were cut.

  • Most small businesses are filed under single taxpayers so the money saved by tax cuts to "the rich" is recirculated into the market through job creation.

  • For one, the Congress controls the collection and spending of taxes, which was in Republican control, so saying it was Bill Clinton's surplus is a misnomer. Beyond that, the "surplus" was only on paper in that they gutted the military, and following 9/11 there was a rush to rebuild the military that costs billions of dollars.

Federal government does not have a right to tax for social entitlement programs.

  • the military was gutted? bs. 6 years of a republican congress...biggest debt in national history at the time. it wasnt to rebuild our military. it was to invade and occupy 2 countries. that does cost billions. bush cut taxes and borrowed the money from china.

you have no idea what you are talking about

the fact is, i support the wars. and i also support sensible domestic policies. because i live in the real world

lets not pretend that the subversion of the constitution began with Obama

  • The Republicans were in control of Congress for 12 years, not 6.

War costs billions, that's why it is the primary responsibility of the Federal Government to raise taxes to support a standing military and fight wars.

Again, tax cuts raise federal revenue, so simply saying "IT WAS THE BUSH TAX CUTS" just shows you don't know shit.

  • 6 years under bush...

by raise taxes i assume you mean collect taxes.

but there should have actually been a raise in taxes. bush cut taxes and borrowed the money from china. that is a fuckin fact. you dont know shit.

you rant about the constitution but you are willing to place a phony concept of national security above the actual law.

these wars are being financed by borrowed foreign money. and you, and our children are indebted to foreign governments because of it

  • Oh, and the top tax brackets mostly consist of small businesses that use their small business as their income. So taxing the top brackets more only takes money away from small businesses, not Big Businesses, but I'm not surprised you don't know that.

The Constitution is the Law and the Constitution doesn't differentiate between a "just war" and national security.

No, but raise taxes I mean raising the tax percentages.

  • I must be talking to a fucking wall, I've already answered your questions more than once.

The United States isn't indebted to China because of the Wars but because of social entitlements because the taxes collected are to be primarily spent on national defense.

Until you actually provide empirical, I won't reply again. You just spew the democratic talking points. You're a waste of my fucking time. Everyone here is actually dumber because they've read what you've typed.

  • dont pull that billy madison shit with me boy

$1 trillion in taxes top 1%...i dont care what share they pay...or dont pay. %1 trillion deficit. do math

ur ass backwards...the wars didnt precede social spending

the definition of national security is debatable. it isnt blind faith to what the state defines it as

you can try to argue whats constitutionally correct. im stating the reality. drastic social spending cuts arent reality. they and the wars are bankrupting the country

  • Bottom 50% pay 3%

shut the fuck up and just be happy I'm paying for your food stamps

  • i dont care what the percentages are. the fact is taxes were cut while we were at war. so we borrowed the money.

clearly your changing the subject to what you think are fair tax rates. i dont give a shit what you think is fair.

you dont know dick about me, yet you presume im on food stamps. I make over 100K. Im doin just fine. and if i made over 250k or over 1 million, id still support a tax increase

And I highly doubt someone in the top 1or 5% spends their time arguing on youtube

  • @EnhancementSmoker

obama barrowed even more when he sent clinton over

  • This woman has a voice that can turn vinegar sour...like fingernails on the school blackboard...

  • Frum clowned that dude, LOL. Sirota: " but, but, but Harvard sai......." Frum: "STFU noob I went to Harvard." LoL, classic.

  • when that dood said he went to harvard david shoulda said, "ya, harvard st!"

  • "Are liberals surprised that he's following through on that campaign promise?"

Considering that he hasn't followed through on any of the others (or, at least, none of the good ones), I'm guessing that they are, indeed!

  • You still think there's a difference between the two hacks that ran for President in 2008? LOL

  • You can write, but not read? LOL

  • National security is what gets us in to trouble. We try to bully people and end up making a lot of unnecessary enemies. Frum is a jerk which makes him a classic conservative. He's the reason people hate us. He is a danger to our national security. Being nice to other countries would work miracles. To people like Frum that amounts to treason. This country is screwed with people like him around.

  • God damnit. We don't need political illiterates talking about things they don't understand.

  • Like you have a clue

  • haha, well you're DEMOCRAT GOOD, REPUBLICAN BAD really cleared things up for us, thanks.

  • Afghanistan isn't knows as 'The Land Where Empires Go to Die' for nothing, Mr. Frum. So, what does 'victory' in Afghan look like? WHEN DO we withdraw? And, do you seriously think you're going to create a country where none has really never existed? Please. This war is about pipelines, nothing else.

  • Really? You're going to say that the war in Afghanistan is about oil? Afghanistan doesn't have oil.

Even if you say that the war in Iraq was about oil, well why would the United States spend billions on war, when the United States has enough resources to be completely independent from the rest of the world.

The "War for Oil" talking point is such a pathetic excuse that only the simple-minded use such a bullshit explanation.

  • @breakinthebend man...you argue way too much with everyone..get some friends! :)

  • @sstruyf89 Those comments are two months old. Stop being a douche.

  • @breakinthebend "Afghanistan doesn't have oil"? Are you really that stupid or are you just acting? The Afghanistan Oil Pipeline was a project proposed by several oil companies to transport oil from Azerbaijan and Central Asia through Afghanistan. This project fell through pre-9/11 when the Taliban stopped playing ball with the Americans. After 9/11, America bombed its way into Afghanistan and started work on the pipeline. So learn some facts before speaking your mind. Please. For God's sake.
