Jingles, Fires, YouTube + Google Account Frustration

It is invasions of privacy like this linking that will eventually cause utube to be replaced!!!!!!!

This is one more way for people, add agencies, information services and god knows who else, to figure out who I am what I like and what I do. If You are trying to remain incognito on you tube you better have all fake info on gmail too. I am sick of playing these games with my privacy.

when you went "One was white" i thought you were talking about skin colour, it really freaked me out when you said "One was green" lol - and those glasses annoy me to - and i'm only 16!

ok i have 2 things!

1. you're jingle should have drop shadow or something of the movies flying around or something..just less idk..square-y? not as sharp edged?

and 2. i set up my google and youtube accounts to provoke this issue you have and yes it does happen...i tested the whole unlinking thing..and that works too...at the top right, click Account..on the left you'll see Manage Account..and at the bottom of the list at the right you'll see Unlink Accounts..or something of the sort..welcome :)

Yeah - i see where you are coming from about the shadows - I'll have another play at some point in the near future.

Thanks for the offer, but in all honesty, I can't be assed to locate all of the clips! they are scattered across 4 hard drives! LOL

Thanks for the feedback - I've actually now sussed it - It was my other 'the honest guys' youtube account that was actually causing the issue. I have subsequently now managed to successfully detach the two account - Thanks for your help.

look in the accout at the top of youtube then on the left goto

Manage Account

and then you will see

Unlink YouTube and Google Accounts

then you can do it all from there

I used to have to Google problem - but I found putting my fist through the monitor helped...

Doesn't "Dizee Rascal" wear those glasses? And yes, they do look as if they are going to do some welding around the corner when wearing them...

To unlink Youtube and Googe accounts go:

Account --> Manage Account --> Unlink YouTube and Google Accounts

there is a link in that section to do it.

Well for the Google Account Thing:

I suggest using thunderbird and imap instead of the webinterface of google. I do that myself and its great, because you can set it up to check automatically for emails every 2 minutes. Search for the addons "MinimizeToTray" and "Minimzie to Tray Enhancer". The big advantage of imap is that the emails stay on the server, so migrating from one pc to another isn't a big deal. Another pro is that you get absolutly no ads (except for spam mails of course...).

its under settings, Mange Account, at the bottom it says unlink google and youtube account
