Mate things like that happen all the time, be it having an RS an ST an EVO whatever this thing is nothing new and goes on all the time. i own an mountune (260) focus ST and no all about this stuff, infact if you look on the focus ST owners club forum this happens all the time with the ST's so the RS is no diffrent really..
yes they are nice but they are also BIG trouble. i have the focus st and thats as high as ill go. Lad at my work bought one 6 days ago, waited a year for it and on saturday night 3 blokes in masks smashed into his house and put a gun to the dog demanding the keys. still sound exciting? bad news them things brother
Ford, are you listening? ... You NEED to bring this car to the States. Don't let the Brits and the Euros have all the fun with this. Methinks you HAVE to compete with the Evos and the STIs and the Speed3s running around here. If you're worried about the perception of the Focus in the U.S., now's your chance to CHANGE it with the RS! Brilliant, I daresay.
the yanks have their svt focus' and the likes of the saleen etc...as well as sho tauras'......so keep the rs focus in europe, where the rs brand was born and let the yank wanks keep their american born models

All car reviews should be in HD...no excuses! The ST's were terrible in design! 27,000 pounds= over $35,000 US??? Mazdaspeed 3 GT for $23,000 US, for the money, is better is every way.
Are those vents/perforations under the headlight functional?

The new focus RS is such a great car, it goes very well yes it's fast and the way it grips/holds the road is great.
This is a true RS and one if not the best RS built to date it's that good.
