  • :p I just saw a black guy with no shirt on! Is that allowed?

  • @RADIZZLE4000 Not sure, but I think shirts and shoes are required. But I guess as long as no one catches you, you could do anything. Believe it or not, I once saw a guy taking a leak on one of the support beams at the Howard station platform. Incredible!

  • @DaveJLin :p Well here in The Bostons MBTA, we have strict rules about that! Transportation COs all over New England are very uppity and shrew, when it comes to public disconduct.

  • @RADIZZLE4000 Here in Chicago, you can get away with a lot. The homeless folks ride the trains all night long, since once they get in for $2.25, they can in principle keep riding forever. Especially in the winter, they use the subways to get out of the cold. The CTA doesn't have its own security department, but rely on Chicago police to enforce the law. But of course, Chicago PD is understaffed as it is, so rarely do they show any presence in the subways. They rely on the cameras to patrol.

  • god i love chicago
