Same.. Mine is a 77 and I just started the restoration yesterday. It need a lot of work ! but these boats are classics ! Question for the owner, does this boat chine walk a lot for you ? i had a 150 and it was insane now im using a 235 wondering if there was a way to get it a little more stable ? Yours looks very smooth in the vid.. Might be the glassy water too though.

Im 22 years old and i have a 17 ft tunnel hull speeliner with a 2.5 pro max merc and it will do like 88.3 mph with just the 24 pitch chrome on it and my girlfriends little bro whoes 5 loves doin a run at like 75-80 with me, he says were haulin ass bud were haulin ass

Yes that was a child in the back. Boat wasnt going all that fast only about 60. The child loves it, just relax. Most kids only dream of that stuff. Driver (Me) has been driving boats 20+ plus years.

Nice video, did you gps your boat. I gps'd mine on the saginaw last week at 58.2 mph. I didn't think that was too bad for a big heavy boat with a 350.

Wow, freat footage. River was smooth as glass, not the best for speed but the mirrored image was perfect for the video. Nice job.
