well i own 3 ICS CXP 08 for differents fields, i have one with m130 spring, black mad bull precision inner barrel, and im runnig a 11.1 1200mah lipo battery and im hiting targets at the range of 220 to 250feets awesome rigth?, the next one i have it with the same upgrades M120 spring but i just add a laser and red dot with magnification for urban fields the 3rd one is my CQB same upgrades M115 but i add flashlight, QD Moc silencer, holo 552 red/green dot and running a 9.6 2000mah battery.

@TheAirsoftSoldier81 hey man, interested to know what sort of tight bore barrel you got for your ics cxp.08, what length and diameter, looking at a 6.01 229mm but not sure if thats right. Im also going to get a m130 spring, do you have any idea what fps it woudl do with these upgrades, Can you help me out?? Thanks in advance

@elijozeph hey how you doing??? well alot of people aorund said that with a 6.01 tightbore barrel you get alot of jam in the gun, thats not true but to me in the personal opinion i have a madbull black python 6.03 but i think i have the 249mm or 300mm cuz i have a tracer unit on the gun so the lentth is perfect and add me lil more accuracy, even with crapy crossman walmart .20 bb's you get a really small group at more that 150 ft and you can see the bb fly almost perfectly straight.

Respond to this video...for the spring??? i have a element oil temper spring M120 and the gun is shoothing 420-430 fps with .20bb and 380-390 with .25bb so i think is perfect, hop up and bucking is the stock ICS, piston is polycarb but is a kick in the nutts change the spring and put it back. motor im using ICS turbo 3000and now im running nun-chucks 9.6 2000mah tenergy batteries, i finally found that use 11.1 lypo is a fuckig waste and quick of bbs haha!!

good reviews, thanks for the info, but the whole thing on not scratching it, they look way cooler with battle damage to outside (bits of paint missing etc) as long as its done properly ie-in field during games. my ics l85a2 is like that and it looks way more realistic than when it came out of the box. but it does depend on taste

Yo Guampacific guess what you can take off that top mount(including front and rear sight) so you can put a scope/red dot without the front sight being in the way!

Youve got very good review. so you put a tight bore barrel 363 mm 6.03? and what type of silencer do you use. I am a fan of spit box my first airsoft gun is a KJW GBBR M4 and is very good out of the box and now I wan't an AEG as good as my gbbr.

I'm actually trying to save up some money so that I can get me a new motor and some gears. And then i'll post a new vid on it with actual target practice. But right now its shooting around 420FPS with a accuracy of 90 to 100 feet close to pin point. The grouping on full auto got more tighter.

I just got an ICS CXP-08 for christmas.I am extremely satisfied and love it.I live in canada so my lower receiver is ABS plastic but has a nice tint to it.The only problem i have is that when i pulll the cocking mechanisme back the dust cover does`nt come down.I`ve got to let gravity help alot.I was wondering if you were having the same problem.

what kind of spring and motor r u using right now?

Well the gun internally is still prettty much stock. It has a ICS Turbo 3000 motor, stock ICS reinforced gears, and a M120 spring. So as you can see the gun is still stock. The only thing that has been changed is the inner barrel. Its been changed out to a 242mm tight bore barrel for more distance and better accuracy. And for the question about the battery, I have been using only one battery on my gun. Just be careful when using a lipo. There pretty strong.

Well on the sliencer itself , it says SRC ARMAMENT C0. CAL 6.00mm. Its about 6.5 inches long and the standard 14mm reverse thread.

I have the same rifle. The other day I took it apart and a small brass sleeve maybe an inch long fell out. I didnt see were it came from. The only place it seems to fit is it slides perfectly over the inner barrel. Does it go in the muzzle end between the inner barrel and outer barrel??
