For general everyday purpose I use the Logitech pro 9000 for good video. For recording purpose I use the Blue Eyeball for good instrumental recording.
sometimes the computer is the problem, the 720p webcam by, i have forgotten which company sadly lol, runs at a good 25 or so frames on a windows and drops to about 15 to 20 when used on a mac or linux computer
The audio's good, but the video is pretty bad. Not horrible, but for the price, bad.

the frame rate is the same as the logitech 9000. which is thre webcam HD gold standard. its the computer causing frame rate issues...
