Or, I'll just download the new map for my old Garmin GPS, and get 10 times the result of any current phone with technology over 5 years old. =/

The Android GPS is much better. I have it on my Samsung Galaxy S and Moto Xoom. The Moto Xoom is better because bigger screen and faster processor.
