In the DS Classic collection, if you play Sonic 3, quit, then play S&K, this will play instead of the proper midboss theme. I can't guarantee this will work consistently, but it happened to me and I was surprised XD

@BlOodBeErY but you have to understand too that MJ was under a lot of shit when that 1st big case against him came up. he was still compensated for production work, just that his name wasn't on the actual credits. then again, honestly...even if the whole case didn't come up at the time the game was to be released...his name (under MJ's own discretion) probably wouldn't have been officially credited on the end of the sonic games
