If your going to eat the dirt from your back yard i'm guessing you better live outside any major city or urban area and make sure the soil is healthy and organic.
She was losing weight and suffering depression. After mentioning your advice in this video, she gave herself permission to consume vinegar, mushrooms with blue cheese melted on it, and is also eating miso. Since starting to eat these foods she has NO symptoms of candida, and feels so much better. Thanks soooo much Sister!
Susun this video has changed my friend's life! She had been on the anti-candida diet for 8 weeks with thrush being an on and off problem for her for years, and was feeling miserable that she was depriving herself of so much.
Sounds so much nicer than avoiding all fruit and fermented food! Eating seasonally as possible i couldn't really see a window when there were abundant greens, no fruit, and no starchy vegetables when it would have been reasonable for me to do the candida diet. This makes more sense, i am relieved.
I wonder if the bacteria really survive our stomach though, is it just that it's easier on the body to digest fermented foods even without adding bacteria to the gut?
Best candida advice out there! It makes so much sense.
