I love how people think Steve is some kind of hero, and Steve for president and shit like that.. You want a guy who leaves a military and a police career for money, he gets paid more to scream like a big monkey at people, threaten small weak guys and throw chairs for ratings, what a hero. Everyone should act like this, when someone says something you dont like, even when you yourself dont know the real story, you explode and scream at them, and throw furniture around. Wow how brilliant!!

@Monkeysal07 I have seen bigger guys on the show as guests, if they act like they arent scared of steve, or refuse to stand up when he tells them too he just backs right off, doesnt get in their faces at all.. If the guest is a little weasel like most of them are, he will get nose to nose and call them a bitch, only if the guest is small or weak though.

@afghi420 You obviously don't watch the show much. Also, Steve is 6'4" and at least 230 lbs. Most guys ARE smaller than him. I've never seen him back off from anybody. Sounds to me like you have a guilty conscience about something. That's why you don't like seeing him read the riot act to people who deserve it. Somewhere deep in your subconscious you can see yourself in the place of one of his dirtbag guests and you don't want to be treated like that.

@afghi420 yea steve does scream alot and its funny hes like a better version of maury lol he helps indivduals and families get down to the truth of certain incidents and helps kids and adults who are going down the wrong path go down the right one. i kno two of the guests that were on the shows and lives really changed after the show.

If i remember correctly it was said in an article that the J.S show was hiring chicago police officers and steve was one of them. He then got to host some of jerrys shows and then went on to host his own. I dont blame him for leaving the force for more money. Any human would leave a current job for a new one if it paid more!
