  • Cracking isn't necessarily a bad thing. It may suggest your joints are extra elastic. The crack is the release of gases from the joint space. You should visit your health care practitioner (doctor, chiropractor etc).

  • I work out lifting weights. My back and beck always cracking. Pls help

  • Thanks for your question. I think 6 months of symptoms warrants seeing your health care professional (like a GP or chiropractor). You now have a chronic problem and you should have an examination. They may even give you this exercise, if it is appropriate. Let me know what happens.

  • Thanks Dr Paula, 1. my pain is mostly in the inner thigh/groin /sits bone area. 2. i have had these symptoms for 6 months. Will your exercises (which i like) work or should I see a specialist?. Best regards, Dennis

  • Ah that is the magic question and without examining you I can not say if you actually have a herniated disc. If you do have one, most patients find the pain reduces greatly by 6 weeks and with McKenzie exercises the pain can reduce in a matter of days. If you have any concerns make sure you see a chiropractor!! Make sure you do these every hour as a trial and if your symptoms get worse then stop the exercise and see a professional. Hope that helps.

  • Thank you for posting this video i wish this will help me with my Herniated Disc .

but how long it take to get completely healed ?
