I had a 1991 Nissan Sentra that lived for 14 years 289,000 miles on it. I lost my 2004 Nissan Xterra in early 2009 when I couldn't find a job for 7 months. Miss her dearly.

i just traded in my beloved 96 jeep grand cherokee w/232000 miles in towards an 02 xterra w/50000 miles i hope in can get the life out of the xterra that the jeep lived.

so... some of them did come supercharged from the factory??? i saw a couple of s/c's in autotrader but i didnt know they came like that stock... hmm maybe i want one now =]

They did have stock superchargers, but they still aren't very stout. Though they are very capable.

If you want a stout Xterra, the 2nd Gens are faster than alot of cars off the line today.

hey mate, good work on finding that commercial - I am actually the guy in the red helmet and passenger seat of the car - would you be able to email me a copy please? and yes, you're right, we actually broke the engine mounting on one of the xterras filming that and had to use a cam strap to hold it in place!
