Hello! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my sister got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of belly fat with it.
Ill take this challenge:)30 days of focus should put me on the path of understanding why in the heck my legs get all the benefit from my glute work!Doing this in the am..Nice routine
@AutumnWeimer the thing about training legs and glutes is...you can really separate the 2...unless you go more pilates/floor work style...or use a hyper extension machine...OR...the abductor and adductor (machine that looks like the stirrups) machines... to hit glutes when squatting... pause for moment at bottom of rep..and try your hardest to squeeze...then also squeeze at top... insider secrets for my buddy..:)

Ahmad I have been watching you and today is day 1 for me to start my weight loss journey which exercise would you recommend for a female (me) 200+ pds to get started with? I am dedicated and I want this weight to come off.

Great workout: I particularly liked the glute bridges with the ball and on that moving hemisphere (sorry, I don't know the name of that particular workout equipment in English). Thanks for another brilliant video. :)
i play basketball in a team, and i do push ups every day, is that good?
i have a bad stamina though, i need something to make that better, but not running! i don't wanna go running but i wanna make my stamina better, what should i do? :D
@GroveStreetLive just do this clip...3-5 times, and attempt week 5 cardio clip...do that plan every other day...when you feel strong, work the plan hard. If you feel worn out from basketball, then go half speed on those days....have few of these... keep me updated...and oh yeah...add me on facebook: "ahmad baari"
