you know a facebook page and the workplace are two different things. she should have the right to say whatever she wants about whoever she wants without being fired for using her freedom of speech outside of the work place
i would sit here and say its an invasion of privacy but then again facebook is a "social network" and there is no privacy everyone sees everything you post. i dont think she shoulda been fired for voicing her opinions as long as it wasnt in the workplace, although i dont know what she wrote and it could be taken as slander, i would think a write up and a warning would be sufficient enough

@infamousmamibx Though...It mostly helps to have everything on social network to private. Also to have a secondary account just in case.
