when i go to do a valve job i take the heads apart, then scrub them with a wire brush and solvent, then run them through the jet wash. then i glass bead blast the valves. after that i grind the valves and seats, lap them with lapping compound, and then block them, wash once more and boom, there like new again. carb cleaner works really good to but you'll have to wash the part afterwards. good stuff though ils360
Could you use a dremel with a soft wire wheel? After the liquid is cleaned off the parts a wire wheel would be a time saver in taking the softened carbon away. Great video good entry level and simple explainer...

I have a qeuestion, what are ways to stop burning a lot of oil? I don't know if it's really related to this video but it's because I got an old 3.5HP Briggs burning lots of oil
