Excellent song, and a beautiful cover, but if I might make one small criticism.

The percussion. Remove the snare and bass drums. Just seem to stick out, distracts from the tune. Keep the light brushing on the cymbal that occurs on the offbeat, but only the first, third and so on of them. Remove every second one. Do that, and it would have been perfect. Excellent job regardless.
