  • Ur trippin...things you never think about when your young...part-a-life

  • @carl16760 that was probably the most honest and true comment on this yet. Growing old SUCKS.

  • @hellavadeal I'm not sure it's just the fact of growing old...it also might be a little dissatisfaction of how things really went to this point as well......here comes the life-ain't-fair line!

  • @carl16760 A fair is a place where people show off live stock and stuff. LOL Never expected life to be fair. I had a very good and exciting adventure in this life. The problem comes when i can no longer do things that came easy when i was younger. Frustration more then anything. Makes me a grumpy old man sometimes. I have done many things that will be here long after me.

    P.s. Love your monkey. Blessings.

  • @hellavadeal I hear ya brother...I get off my wife after 20 minutes and I'm whooped....yup getting old SUCKS is right....LMAO

  • @carl16760 I'm so old and my wife is older. I cannot remember what sex felt like. LOL That doesn't bother me now though. We are very happy to spend our "golden years" together. What's golden about it i haven't figured out yet. May be the piss in the depends. LOL Not that old yet. I guess there is something to be thankful for after all. ;)

  • @hellavadeal I am 42 and I have come to the realisation that I will not be missed by my family or anyone when I die, so why hang around where I am?

I will fly away to a place far away on the other side of the world at the end of next year, and begin somewhere else again, I will take one friend with me if he wants to come and has some money saved up too.

I only hope to die good, and that my death helps someone else, and that person sees me buried/cremated good, and speaks well of me to everyone.

  • i don't waste my time with that thought...we all live thus we all die..i look at it in this light...if we all are standing in a line to enter a door to go into a building would you miss the person that just entered the door ? ...or would your thoughts be on when am i going to get inside...will you not see all those who entered before you and see those entering after you

  • @salmer666 Probably a good way to deal with it. Thanks.

  • evry one that dies will gets missed if a doc cant save u even doc misses chanse of savin a life they rather see us alive even state goverments cops cus if u die u like a stock that went down in the market ull leave ppl sad etc and leave bad feelings a thing we all want to live without etc if not there wouldnt be jails theyll even miss u cus they cant annoy u anymore get money from u info etc evryone is missed after they gone they just act as if they rather are rid of us in real life cus they can

  • Well, RandyMan; I sure do understand your thinking Today; my sorrow on earth is also my grearest joy; My Son; 3 grown Grandkids with their OWN kids; out of 7 great grandkids-I get to see 3 of them and have a decent influence on them; telling them 'bout Jesus AND they listen as the others are too grown to listen; OFTEN I feel I've accomplished not much- guess I won't really KNOW till I see the good Lord.

  • @grannygrunt1000 We never know , do we? There is a point when all we have to go on is Faith. The Good Lord knows what He is doing. even if i don't . I often find him when things look there worst . If i relied on my own understanding of things i would not last 2 days. Blessings. :)

  • If, when I am gone, anyone remembers I brightened their day, or helped them in some way, or showed them the love of Jesus...even if its just one person, then its ok . You ever know who may cross your path this day so use time wisely. I am guilty of caring too much I think, it ends up hurting.

  • @bluesmann8 Has long has that faith is not misplaced. It will keep you and your generations well and strong.

  • If it be possible, the legacy I desire is that I would be an instrument used of The Holy Spirit to carry just one pure tone amidst a beautiful arrangement of other pure tones that glorifies The Father...to be a soothing melody of creation.

  • @Firewalker2609 That would be good.

  • ...on the darkest of days the truth can be seen Jesus is the only thing I see now that light of truth guides my feet in this world of night...when I am gone my only hope is that others I have met a long the way have seen it in me...

  • @raw5069 Good comment . Blessings.

  • i have already left my mark......doesnt matter if im remembered or not

  • @ironhead41 Being remembered isn't important. But doing something worth while, that is an accomplishment . You left a mark in my heart. :)

  • Just thinking is something that seems to come with our old age. Being an old timer, I've been doing considerable thinking here lately too. Sure can get to you some when you do it. A man needs to look at his life and think about it. I'm ready to scoot but worry about some who depend on me. I can't do anything about it, but I worry about how they'll make do. Been there too in my life and made it. Anyway, good to see you thinking too. At least I now know I have company on this "thinking." Love ya

  • @tntimberwright Glad i'm not alone on the thinking. I wonder sometimes after watching what is happening to he world . Hope you are well friend.

  • as far as I know I have not acheaved any thing no children no books no laws nothin ..nore do I care to

  • @possetraxxx That sounds boring. Just here? You would make a good Buddhist monk with that attitude.

Not that there is anything wrong with it.

  • @GreenhouseSalvation Thank you for your words. They are comforting. Blessings Brother.

  • We are all but a flash in time in the scheme of things. Forgotten by the third generation. But here and now, I will always remember you brother. :)

  • @MrVic1954 :)

  • With too many people legacy is about ego. Is it important to be remembered for anything? I'm not so sure. Thankyou for your thoughts. Made me think :)

  • @ChristiannaGarrett1 I am loving the thought that it makes one think. We are all tiny little things. Many blessings.

  • ROFL! The world better look out when we Okies start thinking! Especially we Okie artists. We probably have all the answers inside if you have the patience to put up with us. My greatest legacy is my children. I have 3 of them and it is awesome to see how the Lord raised them. I know that He did it because I surely could not have produced such wonderful people.

  • @sonlit789 I have 3 great grandchildren. I know what you mean. :)

  • Well Sir, you leave a good feeling in my heart, it is one reason I subscribed to you. Remembered? Perhaps, but your demeanor and spirit have already left a mark.

Thank you for instilling thought and for inviting us into your home.

Doing good work leaves behind our being, goods and service are what we offer, the results bare the fruits of our labor.

    Peace... Blessings

  • @CTOL1 Thanks for your kind and thoughtful comment . We are not what we do but in doing we become. Blessings.

  • not sure what my legacy will be...

  • @MsMilkytheclown If we knew it would mess up all the fun of trying to make one. Mine will probably be something silly. Like a thumb print in concrete somewhere that archeologist of the future unearths. . LOL

  • Any legacy that the Christian ought leave is the continual glorifying of our Lord and Savior. Always interesting to be introspect though but if anything we do here is worthy of remembering, it will be some grad student 200yrs i the future writing a discertation on hellavadeal who will make that decision. Now legacy in the Lambs book of Life is another goal entirely. Thanks for the provoking thoughts

  • @crankeeprepper Blessings.

  • @ExposeSaturnEL Bless you. :)

  • I know all about things that just have to wear off your hands.

Good question, will you be remembered, or even if being remembered here or leaving a legacy is even the important part.

  • @davids11131113 The future is always now. Life goes on without us when we go. But nothing would go on without what is done now. Understand?

    Blessings.
