This wasn't as physically challenging as i was expecting...but it was a fun experience. I would say making myself go under the ice in the chernobyl jacuzzi was the most challenging aspect of the course.

Ha, I am in there at 2:33....the run was not really that hard to be honest. Your legs burn from walking. The only thing that sucked was the ice plunge thing. This was a LOT of fun though! People in costumes were the best!

HOOO RAAAHHHH! Team "Porn Star Rejects!" The obstacles were great but as koreandude81 said, the mountain was easily the hardest. I don't think I could do much more for prep, but the legs was screamin' the next day! Loved It!

finished in under 2 hours.....disappointed with the couple miles of cake walk around the golf course.....vermont didn't have anything like that. also VA had considerably less mud......overall a little disappointed with the degree of difficulty. hopefully the World's Toughest isn't all bluster

This was easily THE most epic obstacle course/run I've ever participated. While the 25+ obstacles on the course were well constructed and conceived, the most treacherous, yet unrealized obstacle was the mountain itself. 9.25 miles of leg crushing, body punishing terrain, even the well prepared were reduced to sliced up sacks of meat. The Chernobyl Jacuzzi was also the single most ridiculously awesome obstacle... EVER.
