Future Trunks > GT Trunks AND Kid Trunks who was a spoilt little brat. Goten was such a bland character and it was obvious that he was created just to mirror the father-son relation ship of Vegeta and Kid Trunks with Goku because Gohan was already grown up. So he had to be 22.

Gohan then was about 32ish and Goku had to be 51ish (Goku had Gohan when he was 19 or 20). Problem is since he was dead for some time he didn't actually age to 55ish.
