Depends on what you want to do, a Crocolisk is good fro tanking, same with Gorilla, Spirit Beast is almost a necessity in a raid for damage, but they're kind of difficult to get. Scorpids are nice, but you might want to level with them to get used to it, so, as Alliance, make the run to Durotar after you get Mend Pet at 12, and tame a Corrupted Scorpid.... Long ass run, very worth it...

devilsaur is highest raid dps at the moment unless they fixed spirit beasts dps but like noata said... spirit beasts are hard to get been lookin for one for 2 days

Forgot about Devilsaurs, lol Thanks. The only problem I find with them, is that from 75 to 80 is a pain, better to just have them level with you.

I would suggest duel speccing MM/Surv for raiding..Because both of those are very good for raiding..Surv-Deals a shitload of damage in a quick period of time

SV is the best for raid... unless your with a warrior tank.... i have a fresh 80 hunter who can take aggro like none other with SV... you crit over 50% of the time BM is another good pve spec MM i find no use for chimera shot is a waste... for good SV spec look up zaar on the armory
