@aniza116 My advice would be to do the research and decide for yourself what you believe...Research Ghaddafi, research Libya before all of this and the great system they lived under...how everything was provided for them...free universal healthcare, free education through university and college and if they wanted to study overseas all was paid for, if you didn't have a home Ghaddafi built you one, he gave each Libyan citizen a share of their oil export(afterall it is the people's oil)

@aniza116 no taxes on food, no interest on car loans and houses, free water and he finished spending 10 billion on a water system designed to turn the Libyan desert sands into a fertile farmland, free farmland was given to Libyans, if a Libyan wanted to open a bussines a $20,000 check was issued and not 1 cent needed to be payed back...Those citizens were much better taken care of then where I live, Canada...Ghaddafi doesn't allow banks, oil tycoons and big corporations to rape his country

@JamesWardell I spent 3 years in Afghanistan, and was in over 40 firefights with Taliban. Yes I was scared, yes the blokes around me were scared, but noone whined asking to go home. That's the difference between fear and cowardice - we all have fear inside, but cowardice - as displayed here - is only shown when you give into that fear. This incoming fire isn't even near you.

@internettroll I understand how firefights work - but for your informatation (& it´s in the title of the clip) this was the second of two airstrikes to happen within around 15 minutes. Press are civilians, non combatants, we never carry weapons & are there to bear witness - in this case, to the Libyan civil war. I´ve also worked a lot in Afghanistan - but I´m guessing you were trained, armed & had the backup of others. So I´m a coward? Great, I survived.

@PewPewPlasmagun You can hear the jet fly past at 0:06. Then one the horizon is a large plume of smoke - the bombs exploded a couple of miles further up the road from our position. I was shooting with a wide angle lens - and didn´t think at the time to switch to my long zoom lens. In my Grad Rocket attack video - you can hear the explosions & see the smoke rising up from the ground. Usually the only footage of Grad Rocket impacts is from controlled military exercises.

@TheGlueFace Yes I was filming the AK-AK anti aircraft gun - as the gunner started to turn around to face me, we heard a jet flying over us - and moments later it bombed the road further up from where we were. In fact - we had just arrived at the checkpoint to document the previous air strike - which had left 3 bomb craters beside the road. I felt utter panic & helplessness - it´s not like somebody trying to shoot you - the jet was just so fast & you couldn´t hide from it.

BTW: I´m a freelancer who has to make photos of lots of things - weddings - models - food (!) to earn a living, as I can´t compete against the staff photographers working for global media agencies on expense accounts. I know my website is out-dated, as I built it myself when I first started making photos 4 years ago.It´s important to know I went to bear witness - not pass judgement. Best wishes
