It's funny how #6 on the list of Cuccinelli's agenda is followed by a bunch of question marks. "The 10th Amendment?? What's that? Where does that come from? The Con-stee-too-shun?? What's that?"

If you can call that an attack ad! Why wouldn't Virginians want an AG that would support the U.S. Constitution and protect the Commonwealth from Washington's unconstitutional power grab?
This ad seems to show that Shannon doesn't like the Constitution, or understand the purpose of the Tenth Amendment!
Why he would pay good money to put such a statement on the air is beyond me...

You must be smoking something....Ken does what he says he will do....Shannon it too scared to leave Northern VA...he is refused to go anywhere outside the Peoples Republic of NVA...Shannon is a coward....if he is scared to face ken C and the public, he will be running from the bad guys....
