I agree. I saw her live in concert on a special Direct TV concert, and every song was so beautiful. She reminds me a lot of Erykah Badu as well. When they both sing, they're voices is so smooth and amazing.
I hope people stop bringing up her husband. She was and is a talented singer, focus on that. It's like when people ask about Hurricane Katrina if I mention that I lived in New Orleans. People are more than one event and may not want to talk about it all the time.
I love all her songs and i am so glad that she is back. I know she must get uncomfortable sometimes being asked about her husband all the time. it's something that affected her your whole life not just her music. She is such an angel and such a talented artist and I love how she expresses her feelings and how you can feel her emotions through her songs.
