    and how can I make sure the masa turns out correct, I will be buying the generic masa, MASECA. and water of coarse. what are the steps to make the dough correct?

  • for the pupusas cheese you use: mozzarella cheese,like a cup or a 1/2 cup of sour cream, like a cup or 1/2 cup of onion....depending how much u are making.....I used to make these in a restaurant :)

  • No this is not cabbage. Whats inside is meat but not just any meat, its a blend of grounded bacon with loroco flower and melty cheese. This tastes DELICIOSO

  • Ingredients 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped 2 small carrots, grated 1 small onion, sliced 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper or paprika 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon olive oil 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon brown sugar 1/4 cup vinegar 1/2 cup water Directions 1Place the cabbage in boiling water for no more than one minute. Discard the water. 2Put the cabbage in a large bowl and add grated carrots, sliced onion, cayenne, oregano, olive oil, salt, brown sugar, vinegar,and water.
  • Oh and let it chill in the refrigerator at least two hours before serving. The name of the cabbage salad is curtido :)

  • El chicharon despues de haver saquado la manteca es molidon con Chile verde, un poquito de cebolla y es sazonado con un poquito de pimienta y un poquito de sal una pisquito nomas... Luego se propara la maseca y para que no se pegen se usa un poquito de aceite de cocina en las manos.

  • La Receta: Claro estas son revueltas y tienen Un poquito de Loroco, Chicharon molido, Queso chiclosito pero no se el nombre pero un queso que se derrita facilmente es bueno.
