Sweet as stuff here! Video demos assist greatly. In 2 months, working out every day with a 16kg bell I managed to bring my body down from 19% body fat to 11% doing these and other exercises. These things have replaced my need for the gym and most other scheduled exercise! Brilliant! I am becoming a PT next year so this is extremely helpful! :)
