  • Asus ep121 > iPad

  • are you a doctor?

  • Smart people will buy iPad for watching movies and still stuck working with paper,

Dumb people will buy Samsung Slate or Asus Slate Eee, for both working and watching.

    Peace ^^

  • ugly as shit, PAPER FTW

  • Apple should just put a Wacom digitizer in it already, barely takes any room. My Samsung slate is only 50% bigger with an 11.6" HD screen, a 128GB SSD, multitouch & digitizer w/pressure (for pen input), i5 processor, 4GB of RAM, a USB port, mini HDMI out, and a microSD card slot. Basically, it's smaller than a MacBook Air 11" with the same specs AND a pressure-sensitive pen + multitouch. So fitting the digitizer into an iPad couldn't be that hard, then they can market it for art and notes.

  • @pismodude2 They won't do that because then they wouldn't have their famed patented touchscreen anymore.

  • @piratesmvp Maybe they can create their own someday... some more competition couldn't hurt.

  • Hang on. Isnt the formula -b +- sqrt b^2-4ac/2a?

  • The pen is really a big shit.. Apple should solve this problem and optimize the compatibility with some kind of pens.

  • @PoPoWackel Apple will never do that. Just buy a Lenovo tablet that comes with a pen.

  • I think you meant -b +- sqrt((b^2-4ac)/2a) ^- ^

  • I am pretty sure u wont buy an Ipad2 just to "write" notes :P Ipad is meant to do better things! I will prefer paper any day any time!

  • why fix something that's not broken. pen and paper are much faster and better.

  • There is already a substitute for this thing,it's called paper...

  • Is it comfortable to write on this ?

  • isnt it minus 4 ac what formula is that it doesnt look like the hydrotic

  • I have 6 of the STYLUS-R-US stylus at beststylusDOTcom and they make them all look like junk.

  • i believe, the pen of lenovo thinkpad tablet is much, much better and cooler than that of ipad!

  • holy, thats way better than the playbook

  • IBM Thinkpad Tablets are still #1 for proper workflow. I as a student can confirm it.

  • Can't imagine any ipad user would like to use such an ugly pen to take notes...

  • @woodle1234

    whats ugly about it?

  • can you rest your palm on it while writing? guess not

  • @nexypointy you can, that app has a palm pad. It's pretty cool, I love the feature where you can do close-up writing, allowing you to write notes in a small area but not having to force yourself to write perfectly. It's an awesome app

  • @nexypointy BUY A LENOVO

  • @nexypointy go search for UPAD . it has the advandage that you can rest ur hand

  • @nexypointy /watch?v=MPuwRPKrK0o here u are ^^

  • @nexypointy Yes you can. Depends on the app. Notes Plus for example.

  • @nexypointy u can if u go to penultimates setting

  • Hmmm and I thought my tablet PC sucked.... LOL... compared to this it is a champ!

  • no active digitizer = very inconvenient. Can't put your palm down, you hand will get tired very soon. So this is not suitable for serious note taking like recording lectures at a university.

  • @zloba76 that's wut i thought before i bought the ipad....of course active digitizer is better but through software algorithms app developers have made apps where u can rest palm on screen while writing and not have any errors.

  • Can you transfer the notes you have taken to a word document, also are you able to print out what you have written on?

  • Quadratic formula?

  • Why don't you use the same pen on all 3 tablets? Surely that's the only way to get a fair comparison and understanding of how good each tablet is. Obviously the HTC Flyer with a pen optimised for their screen will win.
