reereerocks is right. but the reason u think it was because they were lip syncing is because on the black crowes movie "who killed that bird on your window sill" chris robinson is intervied and is talking about how that you shouldnt be sponcered by corprate signs up to be in a rock n roll band.. then he says "dont tell me that it puts on a better show to see you lip sync every night" but chris was not talking about zz top when he said that. he was just meaning in "GENERAL"

sorry I think you all are wrong about the lip syncing...I was at the ZZ Top concert to see the Black Crowes (I saw them b4 they were kicked off the tour) and I clearly remember it being about the whole "selling out for corporate assholes" (Miller Lite) TBC didn't want to support Miller Lite in any way. Nothing was ever mentioned about ZZ Top not singing, Chris bad mouthed Miller Lite and they were not happy about it.
