I should point out that twilight2323 uploaded the "Sekai" version of this add-on ending, which can only appear after either "Bavarois" or "Carnal Desire". This is the version that appears after "Bavarois" if you DIDN'T choose to pull out when given the chance during a possible intercourse scene with Setsuna.

If you do the same but then get "Carnal Desire", then Kotonoha is the one that introduces Setsuna, but as "Makoto's former classmate" instead of as a childhood friend like Sekai.

There are 21 endings total. Some are bad without blood. Like this one here. One is sort of good and bad, because he is sleeping with a lot of girls, but none of them are the main girls. And the rest are either bloody bad or good (where he is with a main girl, and the other one doesn't mind therefore doesn't commit suicide, kill the other girl, or kill him.
