this was a good Concert by 76' standards he was in great form and sung for a lot longer than usual ... welcomed in 1977 little did he know what it wud bring or maybe he did

there is a cd reease of this concert and it aint bad considering it was recorded from the crowd

Was only 5 years old when he came to Pittsburgh on New Years Eve '76, and I remember every moment of that night as if it was just yesterday. The scarf my mama caught is of course locked in my fire proof safe. I miss him!!

You are a very lucky person to own a scarf of Elvis. I collect a lot on him too, still do. People who love him so much like we do rarely give up his treasures. It is a keep sake to pass down to your family. I have on of the original Press-Scimitar papers dated 8/17/1977 and some other rare artifacts which I will pass down to my grandchildren. I was 17 when he died and remember it too like it was yesterday. God bless & TCB w/TLC

Had he been able to withdraw from all the demands, the glad-handers and hangers-on sucking his life away seeking a piece of the big paying party. Elvis was a monstrous major talent, a giant not found for generations, and surrounded by such small petty pernicious little people. Wow, Elvis was brilliant and you could see that he still enjoyed singing and performing for his fans. Elvis always put his whole self into his performances, he was magical.

Yes it was the Civic Centre Arena Tickets sold about 16,500 concert start time 9.30pm and yes i do have some more clips , try to get some more posted.
