If anyone knows someone who is struggling with anorexia make them feel loved, beautiful, accepted and unjudged. Make sure they know you are a safe person to talk to and get them help. Look online for local mental health services in your area because you're loved one probably needs inpatient care even though they will say they have it under controll but this is a mental illness and just like any other disease they need medical attetion so it doesnt turn fatal.& Always pray;God answers prayers
Best way to get rid of this is to eat high amounts of protein. *recover* I won't be easy but, it really gets you back on shape *weight*, and start eating normally. *usually high protein meals* one other option would be *Whey protein* - except this is for muscle building. This is my best tip for those who suffer with this.

I'm a recovered drug addict and the only way that happened was after an intervention by my family and friends at the age of 15. I was lied to & dropped off in the middle of nowhere at a facility & was told I was going to be there for a year. Best damn year of my life and I never would have gone through it if my family didn't intervene and give me tough love. Do you love her?
