I know about one boss. There is a 2d megaleg like the one from smg1 where you drill through the ground to hit him. By 2d I mean in the boss you can only go left and right.

OK, here's my theory for the fate of Bowser Jr. and the koopalings. Since elements from New Super Mario Bros. Wii, such as the checkpoint flag, are returning, I think the koopalings will be the boss of each world in the same order as before, and Bowser Jr. will be an occasional world boss just like before. And Bowser will be the final boss at the end of World 8.

Don't get me wrong, this still looks like a great game, but once I turned on the 720p definition, I was really disappointed.

This game looks beautiful, but as you can tell with HD on, it becomes all pixelated and doesn't shine like the obvious potential that it has to. It makes me sad that Nintendo didn't go ahead and utilize full HD hardware; should they have done so, this game would arguably be one of the most beautiful games on the market.

But I digress, this game still looks really great.
