  • OH NO you crashed your bike and i didn't even know about it!?!?

Well that sucks. I hope you are on the mend now!

"Bike-cam" awesome (and scary...) idea too!

  • @lordsardonicvids Thanks for watching. Yeah, I'm on the mend. Had to have shoulder surgery, so I'm stuck riding with the bike mounted on the trainer in my living room for a while, but I'll still be riding in the Triple Bypass this summer for the National Kidney Foundation!

really get a sense of the speed and the danger on this ride

    T

  • thanks for sharing goodluck with opp

  • Nice ride - thanks for sharing.

  • Thanks for watching! I'll try and do one down the back side on Saturday.

    Cheers!

  • It looks so beautiful, but at the sametime, it's also dangerous!!

Thank GOD, you're doing better..With accidents, I always say it could be worst..

    your friend uriah

  • Thanks for watching! Yeah, the mountain does have it's dangers, but you're right, it could have been far worse. Thank goodness for helmets!

I do love the ride, though. I like anything outdoors in open, natural places.

  • Awesome ride! (((BIG BEAR HUGS)))

  • ((HUGS)) right back atcha!

  • It took some kahonas to go back and do it again, especially with the obvious ice spots in the shadows. It's an amazing ride, and the one that put you down doesn't even look like the worst of the challenges. It was just the one with the lethal surprise.

I do hope the surgery is minor, and your recovery quick and painless.

  • I suppose that should read "relatively painless"...

  • It will be a painful surgery with a relatively long recovery, but it could be a lot worse. They're using a different technique than was used on my other shoulder 3 years ago, which should have a far shorter recovery time and better results. I'll be on the indoor trainer for a while, but should be able to start back outside on the bicycle in a couple of months. In any case, I've been through worse.

  • Thanks, Moose. The way I see it is that life is full of risks and challenges, and if I allow them to keep me down, I'll miss out on enjoying a lot of things, and I'll always have regrets. By confronting them and moving forward, I conquer my fears, and I can experience some truly amazing things.

  • Nice camera shots. This footage all looks familiar somehow. :)

  • LOL, yeah. Thanks for helping with the conversion from .mov format. No idea why Nikon chose THAT particular container for the video.

  • thanks for sharing this with us,

    best wishes always

  • (hugs) Thanks for watching!

  • Its beautiful, I love speed unfortunately lol..

Love turns and dipping down into them.. Just beautiful

Love it and brings joy to me to watch this.

    Thanks

  • Yeah. That's a bit of what got me in this mess. Surgery is a week from Friday.

  • I know :(

Im sorry. Thats one of the bad parts of sports and speed. Hate that part. I respect what your doing and hope the best with the surgery..

Your in my prayers and thoughts.

  • Thanks. Means a lot. Don't worry too much. I'll recover quickly and be back out there tearing up the roads before you know it!
