just so one knows. There will never be a court case because the realm in which this kind of technology exists is the realm of the Administrative Remedy. When one applies an administrative remedy the trial never happens, it is thrown out immediately and often times with prejudice. The possessor of this technology could operate successfully in hundreds of trials with the trial never actually happening and therefore there would be no positive record for one have in the first place.
