Personally I absolutely recommend to buy one of the "Champions" game for a Diablo 2/ Wow Feel (Only better, because you're not playing alone behind your monitor, but killing a bottle with 3 of your friends on the couch).

The most Fun for my Friends (Casual Gamers) as a Shooter seems to be Red Faction II. Bomberman Kart is only for Fans of Franchise, and players who like a Retro Feeling (it even includes classic bomberman). With burnout you will find yourself only racing in turns :/

Not to mention Gradius V is easily the best shooter on the PS2 next to R-Type Final. Both are way superior to Castle Shikigami 2. Even Raiden III is better.
