start from the very begining on how to do T motions, and high V's, low V's, and so on and so forth. pretty much just learn the begginer stuff.

That was probably one of the hardest sprirt dances I've learned and i've been to camp the last 6 years. The one last year was so much easier and less moves. This one has way more to it. I loved it though
