The sad thing is they could have easily done a hip joint if they ether used a peg in hole system or a ball joint system... but i'm speaking from a gunpla builders prospective. I mean the legs could have plugged into a hole or onto a ball joint and it would have still been able to have the electronics.

They released a 4"-ver of this guy, but it's no better than a powered-up Ranger figure (in fact it's an armor-swap shell-former!), so don't even bother.

I must say, I think he's really quite cool. I love simple designs, like this wheel, turning into a robot. It's damn shame the legs don't rotate forwards. You didn't actually explain WHY, though. You mentioned it had to do with the sound module, but didn't detail it further. It seems to me like they still could have done it with little effort. On that note, do the arms rotate forward at all, at the shoulder? I might consider picking this up.

I'm not looking for something crazy like individually articulated fingers, I'm talking about simple things like 90 degree elbows, or maybe a knee.
