Why should we rely on presidents to solve problems that don't honestly effect them?

We should do things in our local communities that directly accomplish their goals.  Teach the poor how to grow food in the abandoned lots near their homes, for example.

I am all for that. I grow my own food now and raise hens but you can't simply just go over to the abandon lot next door. My husband and I are working on a project in our state to start a true non-profit so we can by up abandon lots and higher people to grow the food on those lots. You can get a huge fine if the banks that own that property find out you are truss passing. Then you may be liable for the damages.

Voting 3rd Party is waste of a vote and hurtful to the political system. The American Political system is set up to work for two parties.
