I can do it with any one of my fingers but when you use two fingers your wrist won't get tired as soon (in theory). So you can do it for longer.

On this video I believe it's just the distortion built into the Marshall MG15DFX with it's Reverb effect relatively high. The sound is just captured by the camera mic; the amp isn't mic'd in anyway. Glad you like it.

Exactly. When I got it I got it with an Ibanez hardcase included so it cost me £750, or there abouts. That's a lot of money for me, and for most I'd imagine.. The Jem7 was going to cost me over a grand.

Just plugged straight into a Marshall MG15DFX on the distorted channel, with its built-in reverb on relatively high. It's got a nice sound for certain things such as this, and its clean tone is nice too; when wet. I got a Marshall AVT275X now and it blows the MG out of the water but for a budget amp the MG is pretty good.

Neck pick-up to get a slightly less crisp sound and quite a lot of reverb, that's about it really. The "Space-ish" sound is from the reverb mainly.
