What is AAU and how is it different from USAG JO gymnastics? Just that its easier/less reqs?

@usagurl14 No, it's the same as USAG rules. Like this video uses USAG Level 8. This division, however, is for adults, generally in their twenties and thirties that want to still do gymnastics after high school.
