Reminds me of a program called Rage from Australian Broadcasting program-TripleJ in which they play Indie MVs in the middle of the night. I think they show it on HK tele as well but it only shows the pop/ billbaord countdown of Rage, which as you would expect only contains songs from Billboad 100
