@moonlily1 yeahh their relationship was in the wierd zone. john never really matured in that time. no ur right though, when john said something he ment it. what i said was more of a joke XD
if he was really chasing me....id probably be scared for my life!
ringo starr made to beatles songs dont pass me by was his 1st (wrote in 1964-65) but the others wouldnt put it on a LP until there last album (the beatles/white album) his 2nd was octopusses garden (though he helped write what goes on though he said he contributed at least 5 words to the song)
@Rocknroll6968 I believe his first composition was Don't Pass Me By from the white album. He also wrote Octopus Garden. He sang vocals on a handful of other tracks though and you can assume he chipped in here and there on random songs.
AHA word-by-word ... what a CLASSIC :-)))
Always digged this sooooo much.

@rollingstonesgirl99 He did once punch Cynthia for dancing with Stuart Sutcliffe. She wasn't as pleased as you'd think.

I think i heard this song was banned, maybe in Canada.
John wrote it as a joke. The Beatles were so big, he thought it would be funny to write something very dark. I think it's funny too. Early Punk Rock!

@Vivzid
Yeah, John had an awesome (somewhat warped ;D) sense of humor. I love John

Search on Harrison and It Don't Come Easy..

Lennon is lead singer, and McCartney and Harrison are on backup. doesnt sound like three voices until "you better run for your life"

isn't this a George's composition?
jamilashley 3 years ago
Nope it's Lennon-McCartney
blutocampbell 2 years ago
@jamilashley The jangly guitar makes it sound like something George would have written, but the lyrics are a dead giveaway that it's John's.

i love this song - bit heavy lyrics though, but the guitar riff makes up
