I look at dwight howard and how he dunks, and then compare it to how Shaq used to dunk for orlando. For me, the aestethic value of a hard rim rocking slam that tries to bring everything down is a lot better than this.. "Throwing-ballet-nothing-could-be-easier-elvish-dunk" thing.. @Heysatan many dunkers hurt there wrists dunking really hard, these new guys aren't using as much power anymore to try to lengthen there longevity. Makes sense if you think about it, they are prolonging their careers hard to really hate on that. Look at clippers #1 pick blake griffen last year wasn't it wrist injury from dunking too hard caused him to miss an entire year...that really sucks.

The NCAA wont allow him to play immediately if he goes anywhere other than close to home. That probably limits the D 1 options to Ole Miss or Memphis. Tennessee and Vandy are to far away.

The NCAA wont allow him to play immediately if he goes anywhere other than close to home. That probably limits the D 1 options to Ole Miss or Memphis. Tennessee and Vandy are to far away.

That's not true. Witherspoon was pretty much a late signing. After we signed Witherspoon we went after the kid that went to West Virginia so we had the scholarships he just decided to go to Duke which I can't blame him for. Except Duke does not produce the best pros

Duke does just fine with producing pros. mike dunleavy, elton brand, grant hill shane battier, corey maggette, and contrary to popular belief, christian laettner even had a relatively good nba career (18 ppg his rookie year!). just because the media isnt all over them doesnt take away from their stats. and who has unc produced recently? brandon wright, yeah very successful. i havent heard of hardly any of their players in the past years other than raymond felton a handfull of times.

Lol Williams is much better than Hopson. He is more athletic, more fluid, alot faster, and has alot more upside/potential. Hopson is good but he's a lesser talent and athlete than Eliott Williams. Thats why Williams is at Duke and Hopson had to settle with Tennesee.

Vanderbilt was not a quality team. They were sub-par imo. The Memphis win was a fluke, following their "great" win, they fell completely apart.
Duke had quality wins, actually, they play in one of the hardest, if not the hardest conference in all of college basketball. They beat North Carolina (the most talented team in the country), Davidson, and embarrassed Wisconsin. All Tournament teams.
And I love how you claim to be from Memphis when you can't even spell the name of the city.

Yea i am from Memphis South Memphis and The Pac 10 and Big 12 are the hardest conferences. North Carolina is not the most talented team. Idk how TH got player of the year over B Easy. Duke cant even make it out of the 2nd round. And they cant win without 3 and sometimes cant even win with it.

The Big East is the hardest and most competitive by far, and that's hardly debatable. P10 and B12 have nothing on the Big East.

Elliot will take over SG for Demarcus NElson.
SF will be Henderson.
And both PF's Kyle Singler and Lance Thomas will start.
With Nolan smith, Jon Scheyer, Olek Czyz, Brian Zoubek, and Marty "the one man party" Pocius will be coming of the bench for the blue devils, should be an interesting year.
Olek Czyz is vastly underrated as well.
