  • I wish you would better educate your APNC members about fracking. I had one of your rally participants tell me yesterday that we needn't worry about poisoning well water because the fracking will be done in the ocean floor. This type of ignorance is frightening and embarrassing.

  • "Americans for Prosperity" is a Charles D Koch Foundation group. The Koches are the billionaire owners of Koch (petroleum) Industries.

    Koch Industries received a $30,000,000.00 criminal fine in March 2000:

    This is the largest penalty imposed on a company under environmental laws- resulting from over three hundred violations of the Oil Pollution Act in six states. The largest single spill was 100,000 gallons of crude oil which caused a 12-mile oil slick on Nueces Bay.
