Underrated means it doesn't get the admiration and praise something deserves. Unrated means it's uncut, or not rated. This means that the stuff cut from the movie to drop it to an R rating, or PG-13 or whatever, is put back into the movie. Make sense now?

Those are the ratings put on movies before they are put into theaters. The MPAA are douchebags and cut down a lot of the sex and violence in movies, forcing them into these categories. The R rating is the most the can show in a movie, pg-13 is the step below, it doesn't have the sex or violence and you won't be hearing any "fucks".
