I have documented a kidnapper etc.,of many bad crimes. Law enforcement only knows what i've told and showed them. Kidnapper with 16 different middle and last names. What you saw is just a drop in the bucket. Kidnappers have learned they can use the system to make kidnapping legal. That means a family member and/or a close friend could be this type of kidnapper. Its all been documented. FBI,GBI have refused to investigate for almost (2) decades. This created a snowball of child abuse, people dying and no one is getting answers.
