It comes with water resistant leather. So yeah its no ordinary luxury car leather... Its meant to get mud on which is what jeeps r known and geat for. Besides, u cant just say no to mudding just co u got fancy interior... Wheres the fun in that ?
It will get the 3.6lt Penstastar V6 with 280 horsepower (209 kW) and 260 lb.-ft. of torque (353 N•m) @ 4,800 rpm. It will also get a better transmission and much better fule economy.
Oh wow that's interesting. I thought only the Grand Cherokee was going to get that engine but after you said it, I looked it up and it seems the Wrangler is going to get it too. That would be cool. I've been a fan of Jeep's for forever and I plan on buying a Wrangler soon. Maybe I'll wait for the 2011 one.
@4wheeler14 it may be under powerd but not by much compared to the past engines. i would not get the first year the new motor comes out thiers always issues and plus thier changeing the body to make it more aerodynamic so it will look worse. put a cold air and exaust on the jk and it frees up alot more hp making it more suitable. enjoy the 2010summer in a jeep why wait till fall lol
@tuk2332 Thanks for the comment. I know the Wrangler is a good truck and I'm not bashing the engine or anything. However, Jeep should think about adding the 4.7 V8 or something similar to have power and off-road ability. I was planning on getting a 2008 Wrangler and adding a CAI and exhaust, however they cost way too much (even used), plus I'm not so sure the 3.8 is the most reliable engine.
@tuk2332 I'm going to be getting a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the 4.7 V8. I'll have lots of fun with the V8. Add a Flowmaster and a K&N intake and that Grand Cherokee will be a beast, plus it's a reliable engine. Going to get it in about a month so look for future videos!
I love the chrome grill because the women of the night see the glint of the grill under the street light and know the mans in town and they start to throw dollar coins onto the bonnet :)
@motskater It is, but if you look at the Wrangler's heritage you would never think it would ever have leather in it. I like it. A couple of years ago air conditioning wasn't even standard nor power windows an option. So it's great to see how far Jeep has come with the Wrangler.
"ah only bad part" should of said "ah to bad i'm an ignorant moron"

The only problem with these new wranglers (2007-2010) is that they are underpowered. That will all change in 2011.

How will it change in 2011?

Personally, I prefer the non-chrome edition. The front grill, just seems a little out of place, where the rest of the car is either red or black.

Leather seats would be good for keeping the mud off. Or is that not what you had in mind?
