i understand that confidence comes from being able to "take it" when u fail. So, a v good thing to do is, after u fail, try and be forgiving&understanding with yourself. U won't be scared to things if u know that u can overcome failing easily. And not being scared=relaxed=confident=succe­ssful.

Anyway that's what i'm aiming for.
