Nacron, apologies, I did not express my point very well. I think the more guitar heavy, breathy, groany version of this song is not to my taste. It has been metal-ized but to my mind that is not what I dislike about the song. I don't enjoy the woman's singing voice. End of. PJ Harvey has an amazing range and intonations which are so versatile she is orgasmic without trying hard. I think the woman voalist in this version has to try hard. there isn't the in built sensuality in her voice...
